How can I place my order?
Add items to your bag and check out on this website, or message us on Instagram with your details.
When will I receive my order?
Within 2–3 working days in Karachi and 5–7 working days in other cities. Storms, strikes or public holidays can cause delays.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll get a tracking code from the courier service to follow your parcel.
Can you do urgent deliveries?
Yes. Urgent delivery is available in Karachi, and in other cities depending on stock, for a higher delivery fee. Message us before ordering.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — message us on Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp within 24 hours of placing your order, or any time before it is shipped.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes, for an extra charge with an advance payment. Customised orders take 8–10 working days to deliver.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery (COD) or bank transfer. For bank transfer details, DM us on Instagram.
Can I exchange an item?
We offer exchanges only — no returns or refunds. See the exchange policy for details.
